Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to cancel by email or post within this period. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense (unless faulty). Goods must be returned in saleable condition, and we recommend using a recorded delivery service. We will refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you originally paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of posting, whichever is sooner.

This right does not apply to:

• Perishable goods (e.g. fresh, chilled, or frozen food)
• Customised or personalised items
• Sealed audio, video, or software products once unsealed
• Newspapers, periodicals, or magazines
